In today’s fast-paced society, even if everyone becomes four or five people, they still have endless things to do. They can’t get enough rest at night despite of their super-high workload during the day. If this goes on for a long time, their health condition will be terrible.

There is a wealth of data showing that poor sleep is linked to a range of serious problems, from memory loss to premature skin aging.

There are two kinds of factors affecting sleep, subjective and objective. Subjective factors, such as recent events, stress, depression, etc. Objective factors, such as sleeping environment, too hot or too cold room, too much noise, etc

The main function of the bedroom is “rest”, and we want to create an environment that helps us to fall asleep.

The color with high purity, for instance red, looks enthusiastic, but is not a good color for the bedroom. Heavy red color can make people feel uncomfortable and depressed.

The colors that are great to use in the bedrooms are white, gray-blue, smoke pink, lotus flower color and so on. People should consider to use these colors when designing the bedroom. 2. Lights:

Many people think that the role of light is to illuminate the room, so the brighter the better, in fact, this is a wrong perception. Whether it is too strong or relatively dim light, it will bring extremely bad effects to people. Therefore, the lighting in the bedroom should be soft and eye protection. In addition to the celling light, you can also install a wall light. Those two lights cooperate with each other will not only make the light distribution in the bedroom space more even, but also create a relaxing and comfortable sleeping environment.

Then we might as well use some strong shading curtains to block the sunlight during the day and keep the indoor dim environment, which is more conducive to our sleep.

2. Noise interruption: Most people who have been renovated by the neighbors can know that the surrounding sound during sleep can directly affect the quality of your sleep. So don’t listen to some more exciting, exciting sounds or music before falling asleep, otherwise it will be easy to get excited and unable to fall asleep. If you encounter noise disturbing your sleep at night, you can bring an earplug or other blocking equipment to help you sleep.

3. Ventilation: Sometimes the indoor temperature is too high and the air cannot be circulated will also have a certain impact on people’s sleep quality. At this time, it is best to open the windows for a while or use air purification equipment to improve the indoor temperature while keeping the air fresh.

The quality of sleep directly affects our daily state. An environment suitable for sleep is the basis for ensuring our sleep quality, so we must first change the bedroom environment, and at the same time pay attention to learning to decompress ourselves, manage our emotions, and face life with a good attitude.
